Lower body Strength

These Small Group personal training sessions provide a community for likeminded individuals with similar strength training goals.  Monday’s class will work on form, technique and strengthening the infamous Squat. There will be large emphasis placed on the lower body and all accessory movements to improve our squat technique. Participants are expected to show up a minimum of 5 minutes early to stretch and begin the warmup. Must sign up for class by booking online to ensure there is enough space. Please book a day in advance.  Cancellation within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit back.
